Health looks and feels different for every person. Our lived experience is better when we feel connected to our body and have choice in our own healing and process. Whether with Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy or with TRE, we explore what it’s like to feel body sensation in the present, learn to tune in to one’s health that is always present, and then allow the body to soften and reconnect, making shifts towards its own unique wholeness and health. Both Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and TRE can help with chronic stress and its effects, trauma, pain, alignment, and calming/downregulation of the nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy is often effective and supportive for people with sensitized nervous system conditions and ways of being. As a practitioner it is my intention to offer an open and inclusive space.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can also help with - Headaches, Migraines, Concussions, Autoimmune Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, and pain/tensions resulting from Physical Trauma and/or Emotional Trauma. It tends to be especially helpful for conditions stemming from a sensitized nervous system, and is generally a gentle therapy. Very good for calming body systems, including the nervous system. Also supportive for pregnancy and preparing the pelvis for birth. At times verbal exploration of physical sensation, resource and grounding is used to support the session and a person’s sense of their own body and presence and choice in the world.
TRE, Tension and trauma Releasing Exercises- Is a physically direct therapy utilizing a set of simple exercises that when used therapeutically can induce the body’s natural tremor mechanism. This is one of the body’s ways of releasing tension and trauma, and can help the body feel refreshed, open, and more connected internally and externally. For trauma, TRE can be used to bring up the trauma nervous system response, and then the practitioner helps facilitate nervous system regulation with the client in the present moment. This can change the body’s inner experience of trauma and help build choice, agency and resiliency.

Reflexology is a Complementary Health Therapy where stress reduction is one of
the key preventative measures for promoting strong health and building resilience.
Christelle studied Clinical Reflexology in Scotland and has found reflexology beneficial for
supporting clients with anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, grief and stressful changes in their
lives. While working as a clinical reflexologist, Christelle felt drawn to treating and supporting
people living with cancer, fertility challenges and dementia on their health journeys. As
such she has completed advanced training in order to support people further in these
areas. Reflexology can also be a wonderful support for caregivers to help prevent
caregiver burnout.
Christelle uses a light pressure based on
Western Reflexology techniques introduced by Eunice Ingham.
Christelle’s aim is to help my clients enter a deep relaxation state called ‘rest and digest,
where the body’s internal healing response is activated and balance is achieved. Christelle
finds it very rewarding to facilitate this process and see anecdotal improvements in
health and quality of life. For best results, regular
treatments are recommended as part of an ongoing well-being protocol.
Your reflexology treatments may be covered by your extended health plan. If
reflexology is not included, clients can request to have it added to their coverage or
ask their employer to include it in their group health insurance.
For any questions, feel free to contact Christelle at vibrantharmoniesbc@gmail.com

A patient-led treatment is the approach I use in my TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) practice. It’s your body. It’s your health journey. And you know best how your body has responded to all sorts of stimulus throughout your life. Through a TCM approach, we can address digestive issues, muscular injury, repetitive strain, support for cancer survivors, chronic fatigue, immune support, or other concerns.
I remember suffering from IBS and stomach pain in my early 20s and muscular shoulder cramps in my 30s. I sought a lot of professional help during these decades. And acupuncture was one of the modalities that significantly healed me. It’s amazing to me that I feel healthier now in my 40s than I did in my younger years. It is why I pursued this career. And I am grateful to be able to share this healing modality now through TCM and acupuncture.
I use techniques to reduce discomfort and pain during your acupuncture treatment. I can also use magnets instead of needles, which is especially helpful for treating older children, teens, or anyone not fond of needles.
In your treatment, I can recommend potential diet or lifestyle changes through a TCM lens, to promote healing and maintain health. Again, working with you is the focus. What can we work on that will be sustainable, and within your existing lifestyle and diet?
I have been living in Langley for over 16 years with my partner and son. You may occasionally see me skateboarding in the neighborhood, hiking the Houston Trail, or riding my motorbike in Glen Valley. I also enjoy a good book indoors on a rainy day. And I enjoy a good pun. So if you know one, needles to say, I would love to hear it.

After more than two decades of working on bodies it is now evident to me that focusing on the area of pain or restriction may only offer temporary relief at best but no long-term resolution.
Each person is unique and that is reflected in my approach.
My style would best be described as manual therapy. I do not offer traditional deep tissue massage but rather gently access tissue, specifically and precisely mobilizing, releasing holding patterns, tension and adhesions.
I teach every client simple and effective actions to regulate their autonomic (fight/flight - dissociate/collapse - inter-relational) nervous system. This greatly enhancing their capacity to manage stress. Self-regulation is particualrly effective for managing trauma induced triggers.
Additionally, I am trained in Visceral Manipulation.
My experienced and intuitive approach includes Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and more. Being convinced that the human body is innately capable of healing itself I primarily act as a facilitator in the process.
A settled body precedes a calm mind.
After more than two decades of working on bodies it is now evident to me that focusing on the are...

My name is Emiko Galpin and I am a registered massage therapist and graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. I am interested in women’s health and oncology treatment, especially in the breast cancer treatment.
I have completed the three levels of Mastectomy Guide by Erin Price in 2023 to build knowledge of mastectomy surgeries, possible symptoms and treatments. Throughout the course, I found the importance of lymphatic drainage technique.
Recently, I completed an advanced Level 3 lymphedema/chronic edema management training with certification in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT), offered by the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder School. The program is included pathology instruction and examination with a medial/lymphologist instructor.
CDT enables me to manage patients with lymphedema and chronic edema, using combination on Manual Lymph Drainage, exercise therapy, compression bandaging and skin care. This allows advanced care of patients with lymphedema, whether from surgery, radiation or congenital malformation. Suitable venous edemas, lipedema and other types of chronic edema may also be managed successfully with these techniques.
MLD also has a pain-relieving effect and can be used with recent trauma. It is a gentle, rhythmic movement, therefore, patients find the technique soothing and relaxing with no side effects.
I am accepting new patients. My availability in Fort Langley on Fridays and every other Sundays. If patients are interested in intensive treatment as out patients, I can manage the schedule as needed.
For booking lymphedema treatment, please email first before booking.

Jessica Bevan is a fascial focused Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing since March 2007. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006 and has continued her education in Biodynamic Fascial Integration inclusive of visceral manipulation, fascial release techniques, and craniosacral therapy, as well as, sport rehabilitation therapy and in depth anatomy labs. Her passion and extensive knowledge of anatomy has allowed Jessica to view the body through multiple lenses, combining her passion for yoga, pilates and manual release work. Jessica completed her 240 hour yoga teacher training and restorative yoga training in 2017 after-which she completed her Mat Pilates instructor training in 2021. Jessica’s love for learning and teaching has spanned the years of her working as a RMT. Jessica previously held a role as supervisor instructor at the WCCMT massage therapy school, helping students get acquainted with working with varsity athletes for two years at UBC. She has also worked with a number of professional teams, olympic athletes, high level performers including the BC Lions, the Vancouver WhiteCaps, and the International Triathlon Union. Jessica is in the midst of completing her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and is planning to do further equipment training as a Pilates Instructor. She hopes to share her passion for teaching with other colleagues or students of massage therapy again one day and intends on completing schooling as a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner in the future.
Jessica uses an integrated working model of the body taking into consideration how all the structures of the body can effect each other, including the organs and the structures in the skull and down the length of the spinal column. Working in this way helps to regulate the nervous system but also treats areas of the body often overlooked in the treatment of chronic pain and tension, such as ligaments and bones. What is also often overlooked is how our soft tissue can hold emotional trauma and in working with organs and the nervous system, in cohesion, can help to release somatic related tension and pain thought to be soft tissue related.
Jessica loves to take her dog for a walk, practice yoga as well as pilates and surf. When she’s not working you can often find her out for a coffee in Fort Langley, on a road trip with her family or travelling the world with her husband.
Interests and Research:
Visceral manipulation: working with the organs of the body
Fascial release techniques: working with the connective tissue that connects all parts of the body
Craniosacral therapy: working with the fascial structures of the skull and down the length of the spinal cord into the sacrum Note: all the above techniques are used in tandem to help the nervous system of the body move from a state where it can get stuck in fight or flight and allow it to ease into rest and digest in order to heal
